Application Process

Step 1 – RECRUITER COMPLETES APPLICATION:

 

 

 

Step 2 – Enter Driver into Driver Management and list the following information in the “Carrier Notes” section;

  • Potential Face to Face Interview Dates
  • Potential Start Date

Pre-Qualifications
Minimum Age
  • Must be 21 years of age with a valid Class A CDL
Minimum Experience (tractor Trailer/OTR)
  • 1 year OTR verifiable experience in the last 3 years
  • Prefer Past Delivery Exp (Will Review All Candidates that pass assessment.)

 

Moving Violations (max in 3 year period)
  • No more than 3 in the past 3 years
  • No more than 2 in the past 12 months
  • No careless/reckless in the last 3 years
  • No following too close in the past 3 years
Policy on License suspensions
  • No suspensions for Moving Violations or Drug/Alcohol violations
Accidents
  • No more than 3 preventable accidents in the past 3 years
  • No preventable fatality accident or head on collision in the past 7 years
  • No preventable rollovers in the past 3 years
  • No preventable rear-end in the past 3 years
  • Any accident DOT Recordable accident requires safety approval
Incidents (max in 3 year period)
  • No more than 3 in less than 3 years
Ticket / Accident / Incident Combo
  • No more than 3 in the past 3 years
  • No more than 2 in the past 12 months
* Will consider 5+ MPH over, but must be within the time frames specified above – No promises
Maximum Major Moving Violation (in the last 3 years)
  • No reckless or careless in the past 3 years
Max. Number of Jobs- in the last 3 years
  • No more than 6 jobs in the past 3 years
  • Anything over 6 jobs in the past 3 years will be reviewed
Policy Against Unemployment- even if it is accounted for
  • No more than 18 months unemployment in the past 3 years
